Funeral services for Mrs. Mozelle Cobb, 74, of Dunn will be at 2:00PM, Sunday, May 27, 2007 at the Robinson Baptist Church near Dunn. Rev. Jim Manning will officiate. Burial will be in the Herringville Baptist Cemetery at Monticello, Louisiana under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Delhi.
Visitation will be held at Robinson Baptist Church from 5PM Saturday until time of service.
Mrs. Cobb died Saturday, May 25th at her residence following an extended illness.
She was a CNA for over 25 years with the Richland Manor Nursing & Rehabilation Center in Delhi.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Earl "Hot Shot" Cobb Sr. and her parents, Walter Manning and Dovie Evans Manning.
She is survived by three sons, Robert Cobb & wife Julie, Sidney Cobb & wife Sue and Willie Cobb & wife Beth all of Delhi; three daughters, Sue Spurgin of Big Lake, Texas, Virginia Goodwin and Jane Green & husband Robert of Delhi; two brothers, Earl Manning of Bee Bayou, Louisiana and Jim Manning of Crestview, Florida; one sister, Erline McMillian of West Monroe, Louisiana; fifteen grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and numerous half brothers & sisters.
Pallbearers will be Sidney Cobb Jr., Robert Cobb, Charlie Green, Michael Green, Heath Chouccoli, Jason Cobb, Jeremy Myers, Roy Albert Jr., Sam McPherson and Steve Pierce.
