She was the daughter of Clayton and Annabelle (Stubbs) Malone. She married David Hack on April 23, 1960 in Whitewater. Patsy loved making quilts and made several that were raffled for charity. She was proud of her Irish heritage and loved watching Notre Dame football games. She was a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin and was a volunteer at the Fort Atkinson Hospital.
