Anna Mae "Butch" ADCOCK, 74, of Vici, Oklahoma, died April 8, 2001 at the Vici Nursing Home.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 11, at First United Methodist Church in Woodward, Oklahoma with Rev. Gary Holdeman officiating. Burial was in Ochiltree Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Zwanziger Funeral Home in Woodward.
She was born October 1, 1926 in Whitesboro, Oklahoma, and graduated from Drumright, Oklahoma High School. She married Fred ADCOCK on January 23, 1945 in Kansas City, Missouri.
She lived in Perryton for several years, where she was a member of the First United Methodist Church. After moving to Woodward, she was a volunteer at the Plains Indian and Pioneer Museum and the Woodward Senior Citizens Center. She was also a member of the First United Methodist Church in Woodward.
She is preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one brother and one sister.
She is survived by one son, Fred ADCOCK of San Antonio; one daughter Jennifer HUDGEONS of Woodward, Oklahoma; one brother, Dan MALONE of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one sister, Elizabeth BRANDLE of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
