Mrs. Anna Jane Abbott, 73, of Ellsworth, died at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, 1980, in Washington Hospital. She was born November 27, 1906, in Washington Township, Fayette County, a daughter of Thomas and Sarah E. Skiler Makepeace, and was a Protestant. Her husband, Franklin Abbott, died in 1960. Surviving are two brothers, James Makepeace of Carmichaels and William Makepeace of Cleveland, Ohio; and two sisters, Mrs. Edna Jane, Cleveland, and Mrs. Charlotte Zumpetta, Ellsworth.
Friends of Mrs. Anna Jane Abbott of Ellsworth, who died Tuesday, May 6, 1980, will be received in the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home, 334 Main Street, Fayette City, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 10, by the Rev. Fred G. Gnatuk. Interment will be in Glades Cemetery, Carmichaels.
