Word was received Saturday, August 6, by Mrs. Mabel Magee of the death that morning of her brother-in-law, Jonce Magee, 60, at Denver, Colorado. He had been in poor health for several years and critically ill for several weeks. Funeral services were held at Denver Tuesday afternoon, August 9, and in Ruskin at the Church of Christ Thursday afternoon, August 11. Burial was made in Spring Creek cemetery (sic). -- Ruskin News.
