She was born April 2nd, 1963 in Perryville, the daughter of Charles Coffman and Genevieve Madison. They preceded her in death.
She married Roger Crisp September 6th, 2006. He survives.
She is survived by a son, Mark Lewis of St. Mary; three brothers, Wilburn Madison of St. Mary, Charles Bazile of Memphis, TN, Felix Bazile of Bloomsdale; three sisters, Omelia Madison of Ft. Worth, TX, Everina Pulliam and Clementine Wilson, both of Ste. Genevieve.
Penny was a co-founder of the Rock Baptist Church in Bonne Terre.
Visitation will be from 8-11 a.m. Friday, July 18th at the Basler Funeral Home in St. Mary.
