Born in Los Angeles. Passed away at the Jerry L. Pettis Veteran's Hospital in Loma Linda. He graduated from Barstow High School in 1961. Arthur was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving during the Vietnam War. He honorably served for five years. He was a resident of the veteran's home in Barstow. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Nellie Maestas of Barstow. He leaves behind one sister, Gloria Sanchez of Barstow; Louie Maestas of Taos, New Mexico; brother-in-law, Roger Sanchez and numberous aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews and friends at our local veteran's home. Burial will be with full military honors.
