BENNETT Elizabeth L. (Lyon), of Scituate and Oxford, ME, February 19, age 85, after a lengthy illness at Braintree Manor Nursing Home, wife of the late Chester O. Bennett. Loving mother of Donald L. Bennett and his wife Patricia of Ipswich, Chester O. Bennett Jr. and his wife Jacqueline of Scituate, Constance Oliver and her husband Alfred of Bretton Woods, NH, Robert A. Bennett and his wife Julie of Plymouth, Ruth Ann Whitlow and her husband Dean of Brentwood, CA and the late Barbara Jan Pape. Also sur vived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great- grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held at the First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church, 330 First Parish Rd., Scituate, Friday, February 23 at 10 a.m. Visiting hours at Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd., Scituate, Thursday, 4-8 p.m. Burial in Cudworth Cemetery, Scituate.
