Mary Katherine Lynn, 66, wife of James Lynn, died April 10, 2009. She was born Dec. 2, 1942 in Owen Co., KY to the late Norvil and Corinne Wright Cook.
She was a member of Revival Center. She was employed by the state, worked at Ramada Inn and Georgetown College.
Along with her husband she is survived by sons: Gayle Lynn and Russell Lynn both of Georgetown; daughters: Linda Lynn of Frankfort and Brenda Moon of Lexington; brother Norvil Cook of Georgetown; sisters Sue Ann Cook and Anna Mae Wiley both of Georgetown; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be 2p Wed. April 15, 2009 at Tucker, Yocum, & Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Connie Jackson officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery with casket bearers Joey Shipley, John Shipley, Don Shipley, Chris Shipley, Bobby Hensley, Danny Clemons, Sr., Russell Lynn and Gayle Lynn. Visitation will be 12p till time of service on Wed.
