Eunice Lykins Sellers, 88, died Jan. 25 at Hamilton Healthcare Center. Graveside funeral services were held Jan. 28 at Oakwood Cemetery with James E. Robertson officiating.
Mrs. Sellers was born May 28, 1911 in Coryell County, the daughter of Amos Franklin Chancy and Sara Hester Moore Chancy.
She was married to Mitchell Lykins on Feb. 4, 1931 in Lampasas County. He preceded her in death on May 2, 1968. She was married to Dewey Sellers on Nov. 13, 1978 at Hamilton, he preceded her in death on Dec. 5, 1998. She was a wife, companion, mother and a member of the Primitive Baptist Church.
A brother, Irvin Chancy precedes her in death.
Survivors include a son, Mitchell T. Lykins and his wife Jan; two granddaughters, Joy Alexander and her husband John and Scherry Hermansen and her husband Lance four great-grandchildren, Kristen, Jessica, Allyn and Thomas Hermansen, a sister, Alice Millsap and a brother, Ray Chancy.
