Mary F. Fulton, of Carlisle, departed this life September 11, 2009.
Born June 30, 1915, in New Freedom, she was a daughter of the late John J. and Loretta E. (Lambert) Lutter.
Mary graduated from New Freedom High School in 1934 and was one of the last surviving members of her class. She had worked for the American Insulator Corp. in New Freedom for 19 years, and had also been employed by Knouse Foods and Musselmans Canning Factory, both in Gardners.
She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Carlisle, and was also a member of the PA Voters Hall of Fame for having voted in 50 consecutive elections.
Mary was the widow of John E. Fulton, who died August 15, 2003, and is survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by five brothers, John, Jr., Conrad, Joseph, Aloysius, and Frederick Lutter; and three sisters, Margaret Lutter, Elizabeth Burkee, and Helen Frantz.
