Darryll went to be with the Lord on Sept. 22, 2007. He was born on March 23, 1963 to the late Eduvijen Lujan and Alice Maestas who survives him. He was preceded by Grandma Frances Maestas, Grandma Lugarda Lujan, Uncles: Salomon Alirez, Adonis Lujan, Noe Lujan, Gary Collins, Sr., Aunts: Andrea Collins, Lesfora Estrada and by the Cousins; Gonzales-Collins Family.
Darryll had many skills and talents. He enjoyed spending time helping family, friends, and community members in any way possible; was never afraid to help out with any type of projects. He was involved in both East and West Las Vegas Schools and his nieces, nephews and all children with their fundraising and projects. Darryll did a lot of remodeling, mechanic work and always helped out at the ranch; also, charity work for the church and anyone who needed help. His pride and joy was his Harley which he traveled on several bike runs. Darryll will greatly be missed by anyone and everyone who knew him.

Darryll is survived by his mother, Alice Maestas; his only son, David Lujan stationed in Korea, Fianc/ Brenda Gonzales and her children, Savannah and Jasmine. He had two sisters, Sandra Archibeque and husband James, Darlene Lujan and fianc/ Robert. One brother, Dewi Lujan. Nephews and nieces: Tina and Marvin Gallegos and their children Myranda and Troy; Leo Vigil and fianc/ Monica and their daughter, Alandra; Santana Ulibarri, Jewell Vigil, Christian Lujan and Marisa Lujan. Darryll had two special God-children whom he loved dearly, Arlene Gonzales and Troy Gallegos. In-laws: Lorenzo and Eva Gonzales and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Cremation has taken place. Rosary devotional services will be conducted on Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday morning at 9 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church with Father C. John Brasher as celebrant. Interment will follow at the St. Anthony's Cemetery with the following serving as honorary pallbearers: Max Romero, Leo Vigil, Santana Ulibarri, Lorenzo Gonzales, Gilbert Maestas, Dewi Lujan, Gary Collins Jr., Marvin Gallegos Sr., Troy Gallegos, Rick Sanchez, Steve Salazar, Roger Vigil, and James Archibeque.
