The funeral of Mrs. Alice Luse [sic], wife of Edward Luse, was held April 28, 1909, at 2 o'clock at Jerome. The services were conducted by Mr. Jno. Moffatt and Mr. D. R. Charles at the Believers church. The deceased had been ill for some time with tuberculosis of the lungs and passed away Tuesday morning. She leaves a husband and two young children. Mrs. Luse was a Christain woman and during her last illness longed to be taken home to be with the Lord Jesus who died for her.
The husband, mother and sisters of the deceased wish to gratefully acknowledge the kindnesses of their many friends and neighbors during the sorrow they have passed through.
