"Leonora Luce 'Norie' Hibler 1938-2006

Leonora Luce 'Norie' Hibler, of Willcox, died Feb. 20, 2006, in Tucson at the age of 67. She was born in Riverhead, N.Y., on July 25, 1938.

Norie taught school for 43 years. In 1978 she moved to Willcox from Virginia, and taught school here until her retirement. She was a member of the Willcox United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband Bill of Willcox, whom she married on August 19, 1961 in McAllen, Texas; her daughter Lauralee (Ross) Kane of Weiser, Idaho; son William Luce (Julie) Hibler of Arlington Heights, Ill., and two grandchildren. Also surviving are her brothers John (Janet) Luce and Hal Tuttle both of Riverhead, N.Y., and her sister Virginia Kirk of Willcox. Preceding her in death were her parents Raymond and Joanne (Lambret) Luce and a sister.

Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 25, beginning at 11 a.m., at Willcox United Methodist Church. Contributions to the Wesleyan Pre-School & Day Care, c/o WUMC, P.O. Box 307, Willcox, Ariz., 85644.

Services and Cremation under the direction of Westlawn Chapel, Mortuary and Crematorium of Willcox, Ariz."
