The daughter of the late Philip and Mary Walsh Loughran, she was born February 19, 1939 in Brooklyn, NY. She was married to Robert E. "Gus" Davey, Jr.
Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Donna DeGroat and her companion, Gary Clark of Milford, PA, Mary Lou Jetter and her husband, Justin Snarponis of New Town, PA; devoted son-in-law, David DeGroat of Port Jervis, NY; two grandchildren, Robert DeGroat and Avery Rose Snarponis. She was predeceased by her brother, Philip Loughran.
