AIKEN-Mrs Lena Lott Fox, 87, Wire Road, died Monday, Jan 29 , 1996, at Aiken Regional Medical Centers.
The funeral will be at 2pm Thursday at Oakgrove Baptist Church, Batesburg, with the Revs Bryant Spivey and Joseph Pou officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs Fox, a native of Aiken, was a retired schoolteacher of Aiken County Schools and a member of Oakgrove Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Women's Missionary Union.
Survivors include a son, Charles Linden Fox, Aiken, a brother Harold Lott, Aiken; five sisters, Lucy Fulmer, Aiken, Grace Wilson, North Charleston, Roxie Chinner, Ridgeville, and Hollis Fleetwood and Virginia Holley, both of Aiken; and three grandchildren, two step grandchildren, three great grandchildren and three step great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Ernest Padgett, Bill Smith, Tom Sawyer, William Stewart, Clyde Stewart and Luke Stewart.
Honorary pallbearers will be Men's and Ladies Adult Sunday School Class of the church.
Memorials may be made to Oakgrove Baptist Church, Old Indian Trail Road, Batesburg, SC, 29006.
Friends may call at the residence.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9pm today at Shellhouse Funeral Home.
