Death Angel Makes Two Visitations to Fullerton Homes
The Death Angel made two visitations to our community during the last week, calling to their Eternal Home Mrs. Ida Loder and Mrs. John Bessy.
Mrs. Ida M. Loder has been a resident of this city for several years and leaves many friends to mourn her loss. She has not been in the best of health for the last couple of years, having been afflicted with cancer of the liver. Kind friends have done all they could for her in her trouble but it was not in the power of human hands to ward off her fatal sickness. Interment took place in Riverview cemetery on Saturday afternooon, the services being held in the Presbyterian church. The obituary follows:
Ida May Loder was born at Cedar Rapids, Iowa, September 27, 1861 and died October 2nd at the home of her daughter, Mrs. A. O. Swanson, at Wolbach, Nebraska. In her early girlhood deceased came with her parents from Illinois to Ashland, Nebraska and was married October 2nd, 1881 to John A. Loder, who died October 17th 1907. Two children were born of this union, Frank N. Loder of Medford, Oklahoma, and Mrs. A.O. Swanson of Wolbach, Nebraska.
Deceased was converted and joined the Free Methodist church at Yutan, Nebraska, in 1893: recent years she has attended and worshipped at the Presbyterian church. She is survived by four brothers and two sisters.
Deceased was a loving wife and mother and died in full faith and confidence that she was ready and willing to go.
