Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, August 9, 2012, at Harmony Baptist Church in Choccolocco, AL, with the Rev. Bill Murray and Rev. Steve Mcginnis officiating. Burial will follow in Iron City Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 8, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at. Dryden Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lloyd was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. She worked at Sewell Manufacturing in Heflin for over twenty years and retired from Springs Industries in Peidmont. She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church in Choccolocco, AL. Mrs. Lloyd was preceded in death by her husband, Dock Lloyd, a son, Edward Lloyd, parents Carter and Pearlie Mayo and three brothers, Charles, Glenn and Curtis Mayo. She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed time with her family and freinds.
