Hazel Lingold Leverette, 68, of Milledgeville died Wednesday, November 6, 1991, in a local hospital.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Moores Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oak Grove Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Leverette, a lifelong resident of Milledgeville, was a member of Oak Grove Methodist Church and the Georgia Peace Officers Association.
Survivors include her husband Walter Leverette of Milledgeville; a son, Freddy Leverette of Milledgeville; a daughter, Carolyn Searcey of Milledgeville; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 tonight.
