She was a loving mother to Shirley Newton and her husband Dan, and son Michael Lingo. She was a cherished Ninny to Denise Carns, Shannon (Allan) Oertle, Erin (Steve), Erich, Anna (Deo), and Aimee (Brad) Lingo; great-Ninny to Jack, Brendyn, Peyton, Ethan, Camdyn, and Parker. She was a dear aunt to eight nieces, two nephews and their families.
She retired as head cashier from Winn Dixie, and enjoyed bowling and bingo, but most of all she loved her family. Contributions can be made in her honor to the American Diabetes Association or Vitas Hospice.
Service to be held at Baldwin Fairchild Lake Ivanhoe Chapel on August 30, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. A gathering of friends and family at 10:00 a.m.
