Helen L. Heilman, age 93 of Cropper, died Friday, November 9, 2007 at Crescent Place of Shelbyville. She was the daughter of the late William and Iola Donzetta Riley Linfoot, former co-owner and operator of the old Heilman Grocery and member of Cropper Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons: Jerry Heilman, Shelbyville; David Heilman and wife, Wanda, Louisville; one brother, William E. Linfoot, Detroit, Michigan; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Harlan Heilman.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 12 at Hall-Taylor Funeral Home, Shelbyville. Reverend Jim Cavender and Reverend Herbert Slaughter officiated. Interment was in the Dutch Tract Cemetery in Pleasureville.
