Thelma Lucille Lindsey, 81, of 6 25th St., died Sept. 28, 2004, at Piedmont Nursing Center.
A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late Thomas and Minnie Reid Lindsey, she was a retired employee of J.P. Stevens, Victor Plant, and was a member of Victor Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Brenda Price, of Greer; a brother, Layton Lindsey, of Greer; four sisters, Sally Brady of Taylors, Wilma Lindsey of Greenville, Nancy West of Lake Murray and Sarah Hindman of Greer; four grandchildren, Kenny Cantrell, Tarra Godfrey, Teesha Haney and Brandon Price; five great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Lindsey was predeceased by a son, Wayne Cantrell; three brothers; and a sister.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today at Wood Mortuary, conducted by the Rev. Ken Vickery. Burial will follow at Wood Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Mike Godfrey, Kent Haney, Brandon Price, David Cox, Pete Calhoun and Don Brown.
Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. today at Wood Mortuary.
