He was born to Earl and MaryAnn Liles.
Dale served in the U.S. Air Force and retired from Hewlett-Packard.
Dale was preceded in death by his brothers, James and Vernon Liles.
Survivors include wife Karen; parents MaryAnn and Earl; sister Loretta; brother-in-law Jay; children Jeff, Amy, Lara, Nathan, Jason and Joel; grandchildren Keely, Mia, Isaac, Ashley and Mackenzie; and nephew, Chad.
A service will be Saturday at the First Assembly of God, 2817 Santiam Highway S.E., Albany, in the R.E. Book Center.
