Gary R. Lewis, 68, of Vanceburg, died Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2001, at Southern Ohio Medical Center.
Survivors include two daughters, Diane Moore and Susan Simpson; two sons, Dwayne and Gary Ray II, Lewis; two sisters, Janice Bush and Rita Roberts; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Gaydos Funeral Home in Vanceburg, with the Rev. Allan Harman officiating, and interment in Black Oak Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
