Margaret M. Lerch
Margaret M. Lerch, 86, of Mechanicsburg, passed away at 6:25 p.m. Saturday, April 17, 2010, at Manor Care Nursing Center, Elizabethtown, Lancaster County.
Margaret was born May 10, 1923, in Shamokin, the daughter of the late William and Mary (O'Brian) Llewellyn. On Nov. 11, 1947, she married George D. Lerch, who preceded her in death. Margaret and her family relocated to Mechanicsburg in 1961.
Margaret was a homemaker and was a parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert D. and Rachel Uhler Lerch, of Centreville, Va., and William G. and Jackie C. Lerch, of Elizabethtown; and one grandson, William Bret Lerch.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Myers Funeral Home, 37 E. Main St., Mechanicsburg, and 9:30 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at the James Kelley Funeral Home, Coal Township, followed by a religious service at 10 with the Rev. Robert P. Mack, deacon, of Our Lady of Hope Church, Coal Township, officiating.
Interment will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Coal Township.
