Mrs. Margaret Adams age 65 passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at Lower Oconee Hospital after a brief illness. She lived in Florida before moving to Evans County some thirty years ago. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Margaret loved to crochet and sew, she also was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed taking care of beloved family. Mrs. Adams is preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Joe and Marie Lee and a grandson Clarence Witchell.
Mrs. Adams is survived by her husband Patrick Adams of Hagan, children, Tammy Del-Valle of Hazelhurst, Weldon Dellinger Jr. of Collins, John Dillinger of Wardensville, West Virginia, and Joy Witchell of Hagan; brother Charles Lee of Pembroke; sister, Betty Yvonne Ragland of Perry, Florida; fourteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews
The family will receive friends on Saturday May 11, 2013 beginning at 12:00pm with the funeral services to follow at 1:00pm from the Reidsville Chapel of Bradley B. Anderson Funeral Home with Speaker Terry Ball officiating. Interment will follow in the Bull Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Lee, Maurice Dellinger, Melvin Dellinger, Thomas Witchell, Jose Garcia, and Teddy Gunn.
