Born in Wallace, Idaho to Felix and Ann Marie (Al Vergne) Legault, he lived in Osburn, Idaho, and died in Kellogg, Idaho

He was a mill foreman at ASARCO Co., and worked at the Jack Waite and the Page mines. During retirement he worked the assay lab.

He was a 32nd degree Shriner of the Masonic Lodge. He also belonged to the Blue Lodge of Murray, Idaho, Eastern Star of Wallace, Idaho, and the Knights Temple. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, gardening.

Harvey married Vivian Zoerb on Sept. 16, 1938 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. She preceded him in death on March 19, 1997. Also preceded in death by his parents, one daughter Donna Leetch, one sister Paline Booth and his companion Lois Smith.

He is survived by: two son's and spouses, Richard and Gloria Legault, Ronald and Jace Legault; one daughter, Bonnie Willette; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one sister, Ella Pledger.

Memorial services were Friday Dec. 7, 2007 Kellogg Funeral Chapel. Memorials may be donated to the Murray Masonic Lodge 20 in his name.
