PORTSMOUTH, RI--Alice Eva Latulippe Francz, 82, of Cove Street, Portsmouth, RI, passed away Friday, July 16, 2010 at Newport Hospital after a short illness. She was the wife of the late Frank J. Francz.
Born in Fall River, MA on March 20, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Lena Latulippe.
Mrs. Francz was employed in Fall River by a dress manufacturing company. She later worked in an adult group home and also helped care for many children in the Portsmouth area.
She enjoyed traveling, her neighbors, and good friends. Alice loved to sit on her porch in her rocking chair greeting everyone that passed by.

She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Arthur and Louis Latulippe; and sister, Bernadette Tibbits.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home followed with a Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Anthony's Church, 2836 E. Main Road, Portsmouth. Burial will take place in Oak Grove Cemetery in Fall River, MA.
