Patricia "Patty" nee: Lasater Brown of Richwoods, Missouri was born on Wednesday, April 24, 1957 in Richwoods, Missouri and departed this life at her residence on Thursday, November 12, 2009 having reached the age of fifty-two years, six months and nineteen days.
Patty was united in marriage to Douglas Brown in 1980 on her birthday in Ironton, Missouri.
"Patty" is survived by her husband, Doug Brown of Richwoods, Missouri; one daughter, Joyce Pease and special friend, Greg, of Grey Summit, Missouri; three sons, Billy Pease of DeSoto, Missouri, Jason Pease and special friend, Donna of Richwoods, Missouri, Douglas Brown and wife, Chris of Rolla, Missouri; mother, Rose Marie (Villmer) Lasater-Friend and husband, Claude Friend of Luebbering, Missouri; two sisters, Betty DeClue and husband, Don of Evans, Georgia, Sharon Missey of St. Clair, Missouri; two brothers, Gary Lasater and wife, Hazel of Richwoods, Missouri, Richard Lasater of Potosi, Missouri; thirty-four grandchildren, mother-in-law, Edna Brown of St. Clair, Missouri.
Also surviving are two loving step-sisters, four step-brothers, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
"Patty" was preceded in death by her father, James Willard Lasater, two brothers, Ronald Lasater, Darrell Lasater and father-in-law, Floyd Brown.
"Patty" attended the St. Stephen Catholic Church, Richwoods, Missouri.
She enjoyed doing crafts of all types and writing poetry. "Patty" loved cooking and baking and also enjoyed watching television. She was a very kind woman who will be greatly missed by her many loved ones.
Visitation was held Sunday, November 15, 2009 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Monday, November 16, 2009 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri.
A Funeral Mass was Celebrated on Monday, November 16, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the St. Stephen Catholic Church, Richwoods, Missouri with Father Robert Liss officiating.
Final Prayers and Burial took place in the St. Stephen Catholic Cemetery, Richwoods, Missouri.
Honoring the memory of Patty serving as Pallbearers were Douglas Brown, Jr., Jason Pease, Billy Missey, Jamie Thebeau, Billy Thoms and Mike Berretto.
Services were Entrusted to the Care and Direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
