Woman Dies at
Daughter's Home
Mrs Josephine Lapp aged 81, died at the home of her daughter Mrs Clyde Wheeler 324 McClain Avenue Monday morning at 10 o'clock from infirmities. She had been bedfast since May 1. Josephine Ganson was born December 5, 1847 at Adamsville. In early life she became a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church at Adamsville. She was married to Solomon Lapp April 9, 1871. He died 31 years ago. There are surviving one sister, Mrs Lydia Norris, Newcomerstown, six sons, George, Orville, F W and Paul both of Conesville Route1, Jesse of Conesville, Harvey of La Grange, Indiana and Melvin of Roscoe and a daughter, Mrs Wheeler. Twenty-four grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive. No funeral arrangements have been made. Burial was in Zion Lutheran Cemetery Adams Township, Muskingum County, Ohio.
