Kelly Jo Algozino, 26, 177 Swifty Lane, Bedford, died at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday in Mitchell.
Born May 5, 1983, in Waupaca, Wis., she was the daughter of Michael and Connie (Mundy) Lantz.
She was a student at Oakland City University.
She was a graduate of Bedford North Lawrence High School and a member of Holy Ridge Church.
Survivors include her parents, Michael and Connie Lantz of Bedford; a half sister, Sally Strunk and husband Charles of Heltonville; two aunts, Penny Stidham of Mitchell and Kathy Daubert of Florida; two uncles, Danny Mundy, and Fred Hopper and wife Rhonetta, all of Mitchell; two nieces; and several cousins.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Cresthaven Funeral Home in Bedford. Burial will be in Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
