Abner R Lanning, 17 [thus] years old, died at his home 119 Cooper Street, yesterday after a lengthy illness. He leaves a daughter, Mrs Amos G Nittins, and a grand-daughter, Mrs Charles Bodine. The funeral will be held from his home, tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'lock. The Rev W D Thatcher, pastor of the First Baptist Church will officiate. Interment interment will be in Mercer cemetery under direction of W T Saul. Mr Lanning has been a resident of this city for many years. He was formerly a wheelwright.
