Funeral Services were held on Monday, July 14, 2003, at 2:00 P.M. at Ardmore Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Bob Hutcheson officiating. Visitation was on Sunday, July 13, 2003, from 6 to 9 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial was in Charity Cemetery, Hazel Green, Alabama.
Mrs. Conrad was born on May 11, 1929, in Huntsville, Alabama, to Archie Lee Lang and Sally Gill Lang. She was a mother and homemaker and a member of Pulaski Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses. She was preceded in death by her second husband, John Albert Conrad, Jr. and a daughter, Salora Juanita Tripp.
She is survived by her first husband, Walter Fearel Tripp of Huntsville, AL; Son, Fearel Wayne Tripp of Huntsville, AL; Daughter, Linda Sue Tripp and Bob Hamlin of Taft, TN; Son, Mickey Lee and Ramona Tripp of Somerville, AL, who has three children and one step-son: Brandy Leigh (and son Noah Richard), Mickey Lee Jr. "Pete"(who has a daughter, Cassidi, and a son, Austin Lee), Brent Matthew, and Chris Brantley; Daughter, Betty Marie Tripp and Danny Everett of Somerville, AL, who have four children: Angela Carol and daughter Hannah Layne, Daniel Ray, Christopher Lee, and Terri Nichole; Daughter, Donna Gail Tripp and Ray Mooney of Somerville, AL, who have two children, Alicia Gail and Jason Alan, who is expecting a child; Daughter Pamela Kaye Tripp and Gus Kianpour of Douglasville, GA, who have four children, Sohalah Rakee, Ali Tufon, Seth, and Abbi Lorabess; Son, Gary David Tripp and wife Christine of Somerville, AL, who have two sons, Gary David II, and Adam Lee; Son, Jerry Richard Tripp and wife Amy of Huntsville, AL, who have two children, Dustin Ray and Tiffany Ann; and daughter Michelle Rene Tripp and Jason Youngblood of Prospect, TN, who have four children: Ariel Janelle, Alena Kyra, Andra Leah, and Aaron Chase.
