Florence F. Lang born January 9, 1902 was one of five children born to George and Josephine Cleveland on a farm near Agenda, and died April 16, 1990, at St. Joseph Hospital at Concordia, at the age of 88 years, three months and seven days.
She was a resident of the Cuba-Belleville area most of her life. She attended Agenda schools, graduating from Agenda High School.
On Aug. 6, 1925 she was married to Lawrence Lang at Smith Center, and to this union four children were born.
She lived at the Plaza Towers in Dodge City for ten years and spent the last five years at the Concordia rest home.
She was preceded in death were her husband in April of 1984; her daughter, Doris Mae; her son, Billy Gene; two brothers and two sisters.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Rex (Pat) Clothier of Dodge City and Mrs. Duane (Dorothy) Snyder of Concordia; one sister, Grace Cherney of Lincoln, Nebr.; 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held April 19 at the Tibbetts-Fisher Funeral Home in Belleville, with Rev. Garth Barbar officiating. Burial was in the Belleville Cemetery.
