Mrs. Garnet (Annie) Breeding, 69, of 433 South First, Hewitt, died this morning in a local hospital. Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Wilkirson-Hatch Funeral Chapel, Rev. Delbert Taylor and Rev. Bruce Hay officiating. Burial will be in Waco Memorial Park.
Mrs. Breeding was born in Milam County and attended schools there. She married Garnet Breeding in 1954, in Meridian.
Mrs. Breeding was employed at Owens-Illinois Glass Plant for 26 years before retiring in 1971. She was a member of Hewit United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Earl (May) Neal and Mrs. Bob (Pat) Hummert, both of Irving;three sons, Garnet Breeding, Jr. of Florida, Billy Charles Breeding of Dallas and Bobby Breeding of Irving; three sisters, Mrs. Clifford Buchanan of Mt. Calm, Mrs. Clyde Gaines of Holland and Mrs. Jack Dill of Houston; three brothers, Frank Morgan Lands of Hewitt, William (Bill) Lands of West and J.C. Lands of Houston; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
