If this is one and the same person then Vashti was born 11 Sep 1881 in Norwich, Missaukee, Michigan. Her mother deceased before the 1894 Michigan census [Hope, Barry, Michigan]. She is still single on the 1900 census and living in Michigan working as a servant [Belding, Ionia, Michigan].
