Funeral service for Ethel Metoyer LaCour will be held 10 AM Friday, April 3, 2009 in Holy Cross Catholic Church with Rev. Jamie Medina officiating. Burial will be in Memory Lawn Cemetery at Natchitoches, La. Visitation will be Thursday, April 2, 2009 from 5 PM until 7 PM with a Rosary service at 6 PM in Blanchard St. Denis Funeral Home. Mrs. LaCour, 96, of Natchitoches, La., died Sunday, March 29, 2009, at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center Long Term Care Unit in Natchitoches, La. She was a native of Cane River, La. She was a homemaker and member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph LaCour; five sisters and four brothers; her parents, John Metoyer and Mary Cordelia Metoyer. She is survived by one son, Chris LaCour and wife Patricia of Dumfries, Va.; four grandchildren, Christopher LaCour, II, Dominic LaCour, Kaila LaCour, and Lyle LaCour; one great granddaughter, Gabriella LaCour
