CONCORDIA - Orelia Cyr, 83, died Thursday at her home in Concordia.
She was born March 28, 1901, in rural Clyde, and moved to Concordia in 1979 from a farm near Aurora. She was a housewife and a member of the Wesleyan Church.
She is survived by her husband, Amos, of the home; a daughter, Norma J. Honomichl, Omaha, Neb.; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia, the Revs. Myron Comfort and Willard Lloyd officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia.
Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or the Wesleyan Church, Concordia.
