Services for Rita Lydon, 27, of 3926 Third St., who died of leukemia Thursday at Mercy Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at All Saints Catholic Church. Burial will be at Glendale Cemetery.
Miss Lydon was a lifelong resident and was a surgical secretary at Veterans Hospital. She was a graduate of the Des Moines Area Community College and a member of All Saints Catholic Church.
Survivors include her father, Francis (Mike) Lydon; a sister, mrs. Mary Schuman of Des Moines; and a brother, Paul Lydon of Des Moines.
A Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Sunday at Caldwell-Brien-Robbins Funeral Home. Friends may call at the funeral home after 10 a.m. Sunday.
