Mrs. Christine G. Lutzke, 80, of 930 S. 31st St., Manitowoc, died Saturday, May 4, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Harold Berryman will officiate at the Mass of Christian Burial and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Lutzke, nee Christine Geraldine Schultz, was born Nov. 28, 1904, at Manitowoc, daughter of the late Anton and Mary Kamanski Schultz. She was married to Norman L. Lutzke Sr., June 21, 1924, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The couple residing in the Valders area after marriage. Her husband preceded her in death in June of 1954. Mrs. Lutzke came to Manitowoc to reside in 1968. She was a member of Senior Citizens of Manitowoc.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Beatrice Lutzke of Luxemburg; three daughters and a son-in-law, Darleen Gosz and Janette Wernecke of Manitowoc and LaVerne and Donald Lensmire of Luxemburg; two sisters, Mrs. Jim (Caroline) Irion of Chicago and Mrs. Jennie Buran of Manitowoc; 20 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Norman Lutzke Jr., in December of 1952, three sisters and four brothers.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, where a prayer service will be 7:30 p.m. Monday.
