G.W. "Bill" Kyle passed away Monday, Nov. 10, 2008.
Memorial service: 2 p.m. Friday at White's Chapel United Methodist Church, 185 S. White's Chapel Blvd., Southlake. Private entombment: Friday in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday in the chapel at White's Chapel United Methodist Church.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Special Olympics Plano, 2306 Lawndale Place, Plano, Texas 75023; Metroport Meals on Wheels, Box 204, 428 N. Highway 337, Roanoke, Texas 76262; or White's Chapel United Methodist Church, 185 S. White's Chapel Blvd., Southlake, Texas 76092.
Bill was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather (a.k.a. PePa), brother and friend. He worked for American Airlines for 47 years and was involved in many business, civic and social organizations throughout his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Cleona Kyle, and one brother, Walter Kyle.
Survivors: His wife of 60 years, Marge of Southlake; daughters, Linda Ladusau and husband, Tom, of Coppell and Janine Pence and husband, Rick, of Dallas; sons, Stan Kyle and wife, Ria, of Germany and Steve Kyle and wife, Marta, of Pearland; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Sonny Kyle and wife, Beverly, of Kentucky; sister, Kathy Hornsby and husband, Harold, of Kentucky; sister-in-law, Mary Kyle of Kentucky; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
