Born December 15,1921 in Newmarket, she was the daughter of Anthony and Victoria (Pazdon) Kustra.
She was predeceased by her husband of 67 years Clarence "Bud" Hodsdon, her sister, Helen (Kustra) Burke of Newmarket, her brothers, Joseph Kustra of Newmarket and John Kustra of Stoneham, MA.
She was involved in many groups in Newmarket such as the Polish Women's Club and the Newmarket Senior Citizens Group. Mary enjoyed hosting family get-togethers, playing bridge, traveling and especially her plants and gardens.
Survivors include 3 children, Brenda Phalen and her husband George of Somerset, NJ; Bruce Hodsdon and his wife Rhonda of Madbury; Beverly Bryant and her husband Robert of Jacksonville FL; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandsons; several nieces and nephews.
No services will be held at this time.
Graveside Service will be held on Monday, May 19th at 10 a.m. in Calvary Cemetery, Newmarket.
