Joyce Ann Garner, 72, of Gettysburg, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2015 at her home. She was the companion of Gary Funt, Gettysburg.

She was born July 14, 1942 in Gettysburg, the daughter of the late Lloyd and Isabella (Kump) Kump.

Joyce is survived by her daughter, Debbie Fringer and husband Donald, Hanover; sons, Travis Lookingbill and wife Amy, Manchester, John Garner and companion Lisa Poole, Waynesboro and Ralph Garner, Waynesboro; 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Terry Garner, grandson, John Garner, Jr. and brother, Raymond Kump.

A service to celebrate the life of Joyce Garner will be held Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 1 PM at Peters Funeral Home, 321 Carlisle Street, Gettysburg with Denton Leppo officiating. A time to share memories with the family and an opportunity to view will be on Tuesday from 12 noon until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Biglerville Cemetery, Biglerville.
