Stacy Kulbeth Hays age 46, of Banks, Ark., died Saturday, September 2, at the Bradley County Medical Center. She was born August 4, 1960 in Globe, Arizona, a daughter of Martha Kulbeth Wolfe, Banks, Ark. and the late John Kulbeth, Jr.She was a member of the Banks Baptist Church, an LPN and a graduate of South Arkansas Community College. Surviving other than her mother is a son, Dallas Cole Hays and spouse Alesha, Warren, Ark; a daughter Justice Tan Hays, Banks, Ark; a half-brother, John Rex Kulbeth, Texas; a sister, Pamela K. Moseley and spouse Mike, Calf Creek, Arizona; a grandson, Gavin Anthony Hays, Warren, Ark. Funeral services were 2:00pm Tuesday, September 5th, Frazer's Chapel with Rev. Tony Rhinehart officiating. Janice Sullivan was organist and soloist was Tonya Johnson. Burial was in McFarland Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were James Johnson, Bobby Hall, Ryan Peek, Buddy Pierce, James Gardner and Don Hudson. Honorary pallbearers were Jaker Smith, Gordon Moseley, Billy Atkins, Dr. Kerry Pennington, Paul Bray and Robert Wolfe.
