MRS. WAYBRIGHT BLACK

Mrs. Catherine D. Black 63. wife of Waybright Black. Aspers R. D. 1. died at her home last night at II.30 o'clock after an illness of several years. She had been confined to bed the past six months.
She was born in Adams county, a daughter of the late William O. and Catherine (MacBeth) Kuhn.
Mrs. Black was a member of the Wenksville Methodist church.

Surviving besides the husband are eleven children. Mrs. Ralph Taylor. Mrs. Guy McCauslin. Mrs. Charles Showers and Mrs. Fred Showers. Aspers R. D. 1: Mrs. Melvin Miller, Biglerville R. D. 1: Mrs. Donald Gulden. Gettysburg R D. 3; Mrs. Charles Heller. Biglerville: John Black. Aspers R. D. 1; Wayne Black. Jr.. Bendersville: Charles F. Black. Camp Pickett, Va.. and Donald R. Black, at home: 36 grandchildren, a sister. Mrs. Alice Warren, Bendersville; a brother, William Kuhn. Gardners R. D. 2; three step-sisters. Mrs. Mary McCauslin and Mrs. Glenn Naylor. Biglerville R. D. 1. and Mrs. Paul Starner, Gardners R. D 2. and a step-brother. Albert Kuhn. Biglervllle R. D. 1.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p. m. in the Dugan funeral home. Bendersville. The Rev. Richard H. L. Vanaman will officiate.

Interment will be in the Wenksvllle cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday between 7 and 9 p. m. •
