Mrs. Mary Ellen (Sullivan) Krukowski, 51, of 230 Cold Spring Ave., West Springfield, died last night at Wesson Memorial Hospital, Springfield.
She was born in Greenfield on Feb. 24, 192-, the daughter of John J. and Edwina (Tetreault) Sullivan. She was graduated from Commerce High School in 1938.
She was past president of American Legion Post 21 Auxiliary and past district director; a communicant of Immaculate Conception Parish of West Springfield, and had been employed by Strathmore Paper Co.
Survivors include her father; two sons, William, a teacher at Holy Trinity School, Greenfield, John, a sophomore in West Springfield High School; a sister, Mrs. Irene Forrestall of Greenfield; two nephews, a niece and several aunts, uncles, and cousins in Greenfield and Turners Falls.
The funeral under direction of Curran-Jones of West Springfield will be at 9 a.m. Saturday in the Immaculate Conception Church, Springfield. Burial will be in Arms Cemetery, Shelburne Falls.
Visiting hours at the funeral home will be Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
