Martha was the oldest child out of fifteen other children born to Andrew and Jane Konitzer. Martha fell ill and succumbed to cerebral menigitis. She was 12 years, 4 months and 18 days old.

There is no marker for Martha and we can only guess that she is interred in St. Anthonys Cemetery. Cemetery records do not go back to 1913 if they did not have a marker.

Thirteen of her siblings lived to adulthood and all had large families. Siblings included: John Konitzer, Mary Gallas, Martin Konitzer, Joseph Konitzer, Lucy Birr, Eva Birr, Margaret Ostrenga, George Konitzer, Magdaline Tisch, Dorothy Tisch, Andrew Konitzer, Edward Konitzer, Marcel Konitzer, and Agnes Bridger. Many siblings are buried in the same cemetery as Martha.Brother Albert was born 13 Jan 1906 and died 26 Jan 1906.
