Florence was united in marriage to Gene Koenig on June 1, 1952, and they enjoyed over 50 years together. They loved to travel, especially their many trips to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Florence was a faithful member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Billings, and belonged to the Catholic Women's PCCW. She was also an avid Houston Astros and Dallas Cowboys fan.
Florence is preceded in death by her husband, Gene, on January 17, 2003; her parents; two brothers, Raymond and Edward; and a sister, Josephine E. Schatz.
She is survived by three nephews and their wives, Joe and Paula Schatz, Phillip and Julie Schatz, and Leon and Gale Koenig; great nieces and nephews, Chrissy Bos, Chad Schatz, Nathan Schatz, and Megan Martin; great-great nephews, Trenton Koenig, Zach and Justin Bos, and Turner Schatz; church family; and many friends.
Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Billings.
