OCALA -- Hazel Knoblock Dyer, 77, a retired director of kindergarten with the First Presbyterian Church in New Orleans, died May 25, 1994, at Munroe Regional Medical Center.
A native of Ocala, Mrs. Dyer moved back to Ocala in 1974. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Survivors include her husband, Chester Vincent Dyer, Ocala; son, David Wayne Dyer, Ocala; sisters, Bernice Carter Avera, Jacksonville, and Eunice Carter, Dunedin; and one granddaughter.
