Bryant L. Knight Dies
Bryant Layfayette Knight, 74,of Woodburn died at his home at 367 Cleveland St., Woodburn, early Tuesday morning, Aug. 29. The funeral will be at Ringo chapel here at 2 p.m. Friday. Interment will be at Belle Passi cemetery.
Mr. Knight came to Woodburn in 1935. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Knight of Salem; six sons, Thomas of Woodburn, Paul, Abner and F.M. of Salem, Roscoe of Berkeley, Cal., and John of Lynwood, Cal.; four daughters, Mrs. Clora McFadden of Keizer, Mrs. Atha McCreight of Salem, Mrs. Vera Chambless of Lynwood, Cal., and Mrs. Lucille Hinbrum of Seattle, Wash.; and 20 grandchildren.
